Our process

What we look for

We typically lease/purchase 2–4 bed family homes, 4–10 bed HMOs or supported living units, as well as flats and maisonettes in strong rental areas. We also work with converted buildings suitable for multi-let arrangements, provided they meet compliance standards or can be upgraded as part of our agreement.
